I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Mental Health Service Provider with a Certification in Hypnotherapy. I have been licensed since 1993 and began my own practice over 35 years ago. During my time at The University of Memphis, I had the benefit of being mentored by a team of qualified hypnotherapists which enabled me to enhance my own practice with the compelling effectiveness that Hypnotherapy tools can provide.

I am passionate about helping individuals who are on a path of self- improvement as well as those with specific concerns about their mental and physical health that want the guidance and expertise of a qualified professional. My proprietary hypnotic downloads offer exceptional support and lasting results for my clients.

It is my professional belief that people can change. Yet, a behavioral change often requires us to learn new information or coping skills. If a person is not able to make behavioral changes, it is often because of thoughts or experiences in the subconscious that are driving that negative behavior. Hypnosis allows a person to tap into their subconscious mind to make the necessary changes for improvement.

I have been married for 33 years, have three children and am a devout Christian. I enjoy running to stay healthy and advocate a healthy lifestyle to all that I encounter.

Jessica Reyes, LPC/MHSP

Specializes in people of all ages, starting around age 18, dealing with grief, anxiety, stress, multicultural backgrounds, and life changes as well as many other issues.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a MA in Counselor Education from San Jose State University. In my treatment I incorporate various modalities such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.

Being a mother of two and a military spouse I understand the challenges of change and transition. Military life has been a rich and rewarding adventure, but it can often stretch the limits of a person's comfort zone. Continually uprooting to move to a new duty station, deployments, career changes, raising children, as well as caring for family members far away, has taught me a lot about being able to better accept the unknown. This flexibility has been learned through some tough fought moments but I believe that growth springs from adversity. Sometimes we need someone to walk with us through adversity.

The stories we tell ourselves are a powerful lens through which we see the world and we give ourselves agency when we become the authors of our own story. By finding our voice and exploring these valuable experiences we can gain a better understanding of ourselves and our reaction to the world around us. Counseling is an opportunity to reframe some of our thoughts and feelings and live life more present and joyfully in the moment.

Specializes in children, adolescents, and young adults from ages 4 and up who are dealing with anxiety, depression, family conflict, life changes, and self-esteem issues

I offer an open-minded and judgement free space so that clients can feel safe to be their authentic selves through their journey. I am passionate about empowering people and working together to bring out the inner strengths to overcome any obstacles you may have. I have experience working with children through emerging adults, with a range of issues including: anxiety, depression, trauma symptoms, family conflict, peer conflict, self-esteem and identity development concerns, grief, anger, and/or life changes.

My theoretical orientation is centered around the client's presenting individual concerns and needs. My approach is strengths based and person centered. I utilize various evidence-based techniques like Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and some Play Therapy interventions.

I am a current Clinical Mental Health graduate level intern, through University of Tennessee at Martin with a BS in Child and Family Studies from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. My previous work includes a wide array of experience working with kids, adolescents, and young adults. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband, our three dogs and two cats. RACHEL BOLICK, LCSW

Specializes in social, emotional, and behavioral issues in children and young adolescents, ages 3 to 14, including various situational struggles such as divorce, a move, death of a loved one or illness.

Childhood can often be stressful and overwhelming. My joy is found in helping children and young adolescents make sense of their world, what they are feeling and how to express it safely. Through creative interventions, a child is able to learn how to solve their own problems, accept themselves and others, develop self regulation, build coping and resilience, develop an emotional vocabulary, learn new relational tools and how to trust themselves.

My goal is to help each child reach their own potential. I believe that if given the time, tools and opportunity, they will learn how to confront their own problems and find their own solutions. While my educational training and experience includes TF-CBT, Solutions Focused Therapy, Systemic Counseling, Crisis Intervention, mindfulness and contemplative resources, my main passion and practice is focused on self exploration through play therapy techniques creating a safe space of hope and enrichment to help kids discover their own intuitive superpowers.

I am certain each child is capable of doing amazing things on this earth and I can't wait to join them on their healing journey by utilizing a strength based, integrative warm and interactive approach.
