Wesley Hatcher, LCSW
Specializes in children and young adults from the ages of 4-24
who deal with Anxiety, Depression, Family issues,
Bullying, and many other issues.

I'm passionate about helping others discover their strengths and balance their lives in a hectic world. I primarily work with children and adolescents while they are dealing with challenging times in their lives including depression, anxiety, family transitions, bullying, and self-esteem issues. My therapeutic approach is strengths-based and mindfulness-centered. I utilize various models to best fit each client’s preferences and situations including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Play Therapy techniques. I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT). My educational background includes a BSW from Auburn University and a MSW from New York University. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Tennessee and Arkansas.

In my spare time I enjoy reading, spending time outdoors, exploring my neighborhood by bike, and cooking/baking for friends and family. I am always looking for new recipes to add to my collection of family recipes that have been passed down by my mother and grandmother.

Leah Pinkston
LPC/MHSP

I am a Licensed Professional Counseling, with Mental Health Service Provider designation in TN. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Memphis and my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver.

I rely on Motivational Interviewing, identifying stages of change, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Person-Centered techniques, Exposure Therapy, and Strengths Based approaches in my clinical work to treat a variety of mental health symptoms. I work with individuals ages 18+ experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, disruptive behaviors, relationship and communication challenges, and low self-esteem.

Part of my purpose with being a therapist is to de-stigmatize mental health. I understand the difficulty many individuals have with reaching out for help and find such strength within those who do. When you are ready, please know it is a privilege to be a part of your recovery team!

In my experience working as a therapist, I have worked with clients from all walks of life
and from diverse cultural backgrounds. I believe in the use of evidence-based practice and utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Positive Psychology to assist clients to develop strategies and obtain skills that will assist them in achieving
their goals. Whether you want to better manage stress, discuss past traumas, or are ready to take those next steps in life, consider allowing me to walk with you on your journey.

Originally from Texas, I moved here and went to school at the University of Memphis, where I received my BSW and MSW. I enjoy music, traveling, and availing myself of all that Memphis has to offer. I now provide psychotherapeutic services to individuals 16 years and older.

My goal is to help people in need to achieve mental wellness. While meeting each patient where they are on their journey to a stronger healthier mental well-being. Assisting with symptoms of depression, anxiety and ADHD, PTSD, mood disorders and various other mental health concerns. I have been in healthcare for over 20 years. In those 20 years I have delveloped the skill to listen and strive to understand what my patients are going through. I want people to know that they are not alone. That someone cares and is willing to help. I see patients across the lifespan. Ages 6 years through 99 years.

As a board certified psychiatric practitioner and nurse of twenty years I offer caring, patient focused care.

We all face our own struggles in live. Just knowing that someone cares can often be a saving-grace.

James Rogers,

Sees clients ages 11 to 60 struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, and self-esteem issues.

I am a clinical mental health counselor who has been committed to working in this field since 2016. Over the years, I have earned a Bachelor's in Psychology with minors in Anthropology and Cognitive Neuroscience from Christian Brothers University in 2017, as well as a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of Memphis in 2023.

I understand when people feel that their lives are out of control, and I'm ready to help problem solve and cope effectively. I have experience working with adolescents and adults, treating depression, anxiety, and addictions. Using a holistic approach to clients' problems, my goal is to create a safe space for "workshop time" where they can create an effective "road map" for navigating life's challenges. Together, we can process how your life and relationships are affecting you, and create a plan of action!

I am currently under the direct supervision of an approved supervisor at Clover Counseling Services, and a 3rd party supervisor as I work towards my full LPC-MHSP license with the state of Tennessee.
