Anxiety and depression, as well as life transitions can cause you to feel alone in your journey. Life can be stressful, overwhelming and difficult at times and it takes a lot of courage and strength to take the initial steps to seek help. As a counselor, I would like to welcome the opportunity to work with you in making the changes. I will provide guidance in a non-judgmental and a safe environment where you can feel empowered to find clarity and self-awareness to make the needed and wanted changes.

I work with a broad range of adult clients. I specialize in clients with anxiety and depression, as well as, marriage and family issues, and trauma. I utilize a holistic approach basing treatment on the client's preferences and personal goals. I am a clinically certified trauma specialist and am also trained in a variety of trauma treatment including EMDR and CPT.

I believe that we all need someone to talk with who won't judge us and will really listen and accept us. I provide my clients with a warm, safe environment to explore the issues that may be preventing a person from living the life they want. I look forward to working with you.
